Shipping + returns

Shipping + delivery: New Zealand

All our items are shipped from Whakatane, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. We deliver to New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the USA. Delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Sometimes, there might be delays beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to help you if that happens.

Please note that orders to Australia, the UK, and the USA may incur additional bank charges, import duties, and taxes when your payment is processed or your order arrives. These charges are the purchaser's responsibility. It's also important to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Standard Shipping Domestic NZ 0-5kg: $10.00-$14.99
  • Standard Shipping Domestic (Heavy) NZ 5-20kg: $20.00
  • Standard International: Quoted at check-out page
  • Express International: Quoted at check-out page
  • Bulky product shipping costs are applicable, prices at check-out page (Quilted Items, Cushions, Quilts, Mattress Toppers and Pillows.)

All our items are shipped from Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia. We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the USA. You’ll see the delivery times at checkout.

Returns + refunds

We believe returns, refunds, and exchanges should be easy. Since we have very few returns, we handle each one individually rather than having a long, complicated policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day period from when the item was purchased to return or refund, as long as the items haven't been used. However, please note that the following items are final sale and not returnable:

  • Quilts, mattress toppers, and pillows
  • Mattress and pillow protectors
  • Clearance items
  • End-of-line items

Orders older than 30 days from the sale date are also not eligible for return.

Your rights under consumer protection laws are always upheld. If you're not satisfied with your product, we’ll work with you to find a solution you’re happy with. If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will refund or replace them.
